Velkommen på foredrag. Sør-Varanger Sjølaksefiskarlag spør: Hvorfor får lokalbefolkningen så dårlig gehør i forvaltningen av vår natur og felles ressurser. Hvordan har retten til laksefiske endret seg over tid? Vi ser idag at flere og fler andre brukergrupper blir tilgodesett og får tilgang til å høste av naturen. Samtidig innskrenkes adgang til høstingen for oss som bor her ved fjorden, langs kysten og på vidda. Vi kommer mer og mer i «bakleksa». Hva ligger bak, og hvorfor? Arrangementet finner sted i Esponlin-salen på Grenselandmuseet kl 15-17.
